Notice of Amendments to Legislation December 2025
The Dubai Financial Services Authority Board enacted three rule-making instruments to amend the DFSA Rulebook following Consultation Paper No. 166 and stakeholder feedback. These instruments update the Markets Rules, General Module, and Islamic Finance Rules to align with DIFC Law No. 3 of 2025, enacted by the Ruler of Dubai on 17 November 2025. All amendments will come into force on 31 December 2025, with updated modules replacing earlier versions on the DFSA website.
