Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Determining the Tariff of Fees for Services Provided by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Based on Article 7, paragraph 1, items b and f, and Article 70 of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 1/97, 29/02, 8/03, 13/03, 14/03, 9/05, 76/06, and 32/07), the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 13th session held on September 25, 2024, adopts

DECISION on amendments to the Decision on Determining the Tariff of Fees for Services Provided by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Article 1. (1) In the Decision on Determining the Tariff of Fees for Services Provided by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 10/21, 53/22, 81/22, and 61/23), in the Tariff of Fees which forms an integral part of the Decision, in Tariff Item No. 1 – Operations with Depositors, service item 1.1.2.3. is amended and reads:

1.1.2.3. Use of Electronic Banking 2.00 KM per transaction

(2) In the Textual part below the table, under the title "Collection of Fee for Tariff Item No. 1", in paragraph (1) item e), after the words "Fee from tariff item 1.1.2.3.", the word "not" is deleted.

Article 2. Tariff Item No. 3 – Payment Systems is amended and reads:

"Tariff Item No. 3 – Payment Systems Service Item Type of Service Amount (Value) of Fee Note: Method of calculation, base, and other 3.1. Subscription for participation in Central Bank payment systems 1,000.00 KM monthly 3.2. Execution of payment transactions for participants in the clearing system 0.26 KM per transaction 3.3. Execution of payment transactions for participants in BPRV 2.05 KM per transaction 3.3.1. for card processing centers 5.00 KM per individual settlement 3.4. Execution of payment transactions in the clearing of international payments 1.20 KM per transaction Collection of Fee for Tariff Item No. 3. The fee from tariff items 3.1., 3.2., 3.3., and 3.4. is collected as follows: The fee is collected on a monthly basis, with the value date being the tenth working day of the current month or the first following working day if the tenth day of the month is a non-working day. The fee is collected in KM. The Central Bank collects the fee by debiting the bank's reserve account to the credit of the Central Office account of the Central Bank."

Article 3. (Entry into Force and Commencement of Application) (1) This Decision enters into force on the eighth day from the date of publication in the "Official Gazette of BiH", and will be applied from November 1, 2024. (2) This Decision will also be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", the "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska", and the "Official Gazette of the Brčko District of BiH".
