Data Collection Form for Intent Notification pursuant to Section 25(1) ZAG in conjunction with Section 7 ZAGAnzV (Agent Notification)
The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issues this data collection form to facilitate the notification of intent to appoint an agent under Section 25(1) of the German Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG). The document requires payment institutions to provide detailed personal and registration data for the proposed agent and, if applicable, the managing directors of that agent entity. Submission of this form does not exempt the institution from providing additional supporting documents and agreements mandated by the Agent Notification Ordinance (AgNwV).
