Subject: Study on Evaluating Electronic Services and Digital Transformation in Banks
With reference to the above subject, and to the results of the study regarding the evaluation of electronic services and digital transformation in banks during the previous period concerning data pertaining to the year 2023, all banks are requested to fill out the attached questionnaire within two weeks from the date of issuance of this circular. The questionnaire concerns the evaluation of the electronic services available to them through various electronic channels and the extent of their digital transformation, with the data being for the year 2024.
