Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority has released Consultation Papers No. 101 and No. 102 to solicit industry feedback on proposed miscellaneous regulatory amendments and updated requirements for property and money market funds. Regulated entities must submit written responses by 29 July 2015 for the miscellaneous amendments paper and by 28 August 2015 for the funds-focused paper. These consultations will directly shape upcoming rulebook modifications and compliance obligations across the Dubai financial services sector.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The DFSA has released the following for Consultation:
Consultation Paper No. 101 – Proposed Miscellaneous Amendments
Consultation Paper No. 102 – Property Funds and Money Market Funds
The deadline for providing comments on:
Consultation Paper No. 101 is 29th July 2015; and
Consultation Paper No. 102 is 28th August 2015.
