Circular on Industry Standards for Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued this circular to mandate listed entities to adhere to industry standards formulated by the Industry Standards Forum for disclosing material events under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations. These standards were developed in consultation with SEBI by the Stock Exchanges and three industry associations—ASSOCHAM, CII, and FICCI—to facilitate ease of doing business. Stock Exchanges are advised to notify their listed entities of these requirements and ensure compliance with the newly established disclosure norms.
