Decisions of the Securities Authority Board at its Fourth Session Held on 16/4/2026
The Iraqi Securities Commission approved the listing, deposit, and trading of Asia Insurance Company (JSC) shares on the Iraq Securities Market's Unlisted Companies (OTC) platform. The decision was formally issued by Chairman Faisal Al-Haimas following the Board's session on April 14, 2026, in response to the market's request dated April 9, 2026. Copies of the approval directive were distributed to relevant regulatory directorates, the market operator, the company, and the media department for official records, compliance action, and public website publication.
