Instruction No. 2021-I-08 of October 6, 2021, amending Instruction No. 2014-I-05 of June 2, 2014, regarding information to be communicated under Article 47 of the May 2, 2013 Order on prudential regulation of electronic money institutions
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2021-I-08 on October 6, 2021, to amend the reporting requirements for electronic money institutions. This directive replaces the annex of Instruction No. 2014-I-05 with a new annex to update the information that must be communicated under Article 47 of the May 2, 2013 Order. The amended instructions entered into force the day following their publication in the ACPR's official register.

Instruction No. 2021-I-08 amending Instruction No. 2014-I-05 of June 2, 2014 regarding information to be communicated under Article 47 of the Order of May 2, 2013 on the prudential regulation of electronic money institutions
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Articles L. 612-2 and L. 612-24; Having regard to Instruction No. 2014-I-05 of June 2, 2014, regarding information to be communicated under Article 47 of the Order of May 2, 2013 on the prudential regulation of electronic money institutions; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Advisory Commission of September 22, 2021, DECIDES
Article 1: The annex to the aforementioned Instruction No. 2014-I-05 is replaced by the annex to this Instruction.
Article 2: This Instruction shall enter into force the day following its publication in the official register of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.
