The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 18 A on February 11, 2025, to register the Rules of the Pre-IPO (One) Fund. This Non-Public, Closed, Contractual Investment Fund is managed by Glocal CJSC, which submitted the registration request on January 30, 2025. The resolution became effective immediately upon adoption following the Licensing and Supervision Committee's conclusion.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia”; Whereas on January 30, 2025 “Glocal”, a Closed Joint Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “Pre–IPO (One) Fund”, a Non-Public, Closed, Contractual Investment Fund of “Glocal” CJSC; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 5, dated February 5, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
