Notice of Amendments to Legislation (24 May 2017)
The Chief Executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority has amended the General Module Guidance within the Rulebook following a formal consultation period. This update, formalized through General Module Guidance Instrument No. 11 of 2017, incorporates stakeholder feedback and revises existing provisions as detailed in the accompanying appendix. The revised guidance takes effect on 24 May 2017 and is published for public access on the DFSA website.
