Regulatory Decision 2023-08 of July 17, 2023
The Governor of the Bank of France issued this decision to amend the organizational structure of the General Directorate for Economic Services and the Network. Specifically, Article 1 replaces the name of the 'Individuals Directorate' with the 'Individuals Services Directorate' in the existing 2019 regulatory decision. THE GOVERNOR OF THE BANK OF FRANCE
Having regard to Regulatory Decision No. 2019-23 of November 7, 2019, relating to the organization of the General Directorate for Economic Services and the Network,
DECIDES
Article 1: In the eighth paragraph of Article 2 of the aforementioned Regulatory Decision No. 2019-23, the words "the Individuals Directorate (DPAR)" are replaced by the words: "the Individuals Services Directorate (DPAR)".
Article 2: This regulatory decision shall enter into force on September 1, 2023. It is published in the official register of the Bank of France.
