Modifying the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 303 Granted to “Money Credit” LLC

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 14 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017; Whereas on December 17, 2024 and January 13, 2025 “Money Credit”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the need to stop the operation of the storage area for bulk items at the address: Livestock farm #13, str. 20, Jrvezh Community, Kotayq Region, Republic of Armenia, and to start operating the storage area designed for bulk items at the address: Garage #10-4/3, str. 38, Zovuni Village, Nairi Community, Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the License No. PA-Y 303 to “Money Credit”, a Limited Liability Company, granted for pawnshop activities.

This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
