The resolution establishes a specific sub-requirement percentage of 14.35% for the period from April 1 to June 30, 2026, replacing the standard MCR 6-2-10 rate. Additionally, it mandates that the Pronaf sub-requirement calculation for the 2025-2026 compliance period be based on the weighted average of the percentages applicable to each sub-period.
