The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 190-A to formally recognize the Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 771 held by Anaknkaleri Ashkharh Limited Liability Company as void. This administrative action was taken in response to a motion submitted by the company on 9 October 2025 requesting the license be declared void, following a conclusion by the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day after the document is delivered to the company or its authorized representative.

ON RECOGNIZING FOREIGN CURRENCY PURCHASE AND SALE LICENSE NO. 771 GRANTED TO “ANAKNKALNERI ASHKHARH” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS VOID
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, sub-point 4 of point 53 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 "On approving Regulation 10 'Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations'";
T aking into account that “ANAKNKALNERI ASHKHARH” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 9 October 2025 with a motion to recognize the Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 771 granted to it as void;
B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 46 dated 22 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To recognize Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 771 granted to “ANAKNKALNERI ASHKHARH” Limited Liability Company as void.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “ANAKNKALNERI ASHKHARH” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to an authorized person of “ANAKNKALNERI ASHKHARH” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
