I. NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

OPPORTUNITY TOKEN, S.A. DE C.V. in its capacity as Issuer of Digital Assets, hereby informs the general public that on June 01, 2026, at eight o'clock (Republic of El Salvador time, GMT-6), it will commence the public offering of its revenue token "$OPPORTUNITY" (HENCORP OPPORTUNITY TOKEN).

This digital asset allows investors to participate in a public offering of revenue tokens, backed by the assignment of the related economic rights in favor of the Token holders over the Participation Units of the Hencorp Opportunity Open-End Investment Fund, subscribed and held by the Issuer, on a 1:1 basis (1 token for each participation unit). The public offering is structured in accordance with the Digital Assets Issuance Act and the regulations issued by the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador, under registry entry AD-00071.

The issuance is of indefinite amount and undetermined term, structured according to market demand. During the Initial Subscription Window of up to six (6) months, a minimum of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) $OPPORTUNITY Tokens will be available, backed by the prior subscription of the same number of Participation Units in the Hencorp Opportunity Open-End Investment Fund (See Annex I). The subscription and redemption price of the token does not have a fixed nominal value, but is instead indexed to the latest unit value published by Hencorp Gestora de Fondos de Inversión, S.A. The minimum trading value in the primary market is FIVE UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $5.00), and the maximum trading value in the primary market is TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $250,000.00).

II. OFFERING AVAILABILITY

During the first six (6) weeks counted from the start of the offering, access to the subscription of $OPPORTUNITY Tokens will be limited to a maximum of six hundred (600) users selected by the MONETAE platform. As of July 23, 2026, the offering will be available to the general investing public, without any cap restriction.

In both phases, in the event that the subscriber is a legal entity, it must contact the communication channels enabled for this issuance in order to complete the corresponding process.

The issuance will be available through the MONETAE mobile application, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
