Pursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 3, Article 7, Item i, and Article 74, Item i of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", 1/97) and Article 28 of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina Regulation, UV No. 5/98 dated February 27, 1998, the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 1st meeting held on January 28, 1999, adopted
DECISION on Amendments to the Decision on Establishing the Branch of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Banja Luka
Article 1. In the Decision on Establishing the Branch of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Banja Luka ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 24/98), the words "in Banja Luka" in the title of the Decision and in Articles 1 and 2 are replaced with the words: "in Palamas".
Article 2. Article 3 is amended and reads: "The seat of the Branch is in Palamas, Pere Kosorića Street No. 3."
Article 3. Article 9 is amended and reads: "The time and manner of implementation of this Decision shall be determined by the Governor with the consent of the Governing Board."
Article 4. This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of BiH", and shall also be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH" and the "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska".
