Order on the Repeal of the Order on Information on Risk Classification of Certain Loan Products
The Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs issued this order to formally repeal the Order on Information on Risk Classification of Certain Loan Products (Order No. 554 of 1 June 2016). The repeal takes effect on 1 July 2020, thereby removing the regulatory requirement for the specified risk classification disclosures. This action was signed by Simon Kollerup on 29 May 2020 and published in the Official Gazette on 3 June 2020.
Order on the Repeal of the Order on Information on Risk Classification of Certain Loan Products
§ 1. Order No. 554 of 1 June 2016 on information on risk classification of certain loan products is repealed.
§ 2. This Order enters into force on 1 July 2020.
