Decision Notice – Maxam Absolute Return Fund Limited
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the mutual fund registration of Maxam Absolute Return Fund Limited effective 12 March 2019. This action addresses the Fund's persistent breaches of regulatory statutes concerning unpaid audited accounts, outstanding annual fees, missing registered office, and unregistered director status.
