CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY DECISION NO. 34 LIST OF FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION INSTITUTIONS The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 234 dated 10/06/2000 in particular Article 6 thereof, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011, Declares as follows: Article 1: The duly registered list of Financial Intermediation Institutions shall be published as follows: 1- Julius Baer (Lebanon) S.A.L. 2- 3- 4- 5- Arab International Development & Investment CO.
