Regulations Repealing Swedish Occupational Pensions' Annual Report Data Reporting Obligations

Finansinspektionen issued regulations to repeal its previous rules (FFFS 2008:20) concerning Swedish occupational pension funds' obligation to report data from annual reports. The repeal takes effect at the end of April 2011, removing the reporting requirement for these entities. However, the old regulations continue to apply to mutual benefit societies that are still conducting business or are in liquidation under the Insurance Business Act implementation framework.
