Corrigendum to the Decision on Conditions to be Met by an Independent Valuer of Assets and Liabilities of a Credit Institution under Resolution
The Central Bank of Montenegro issued a corrigendum to correct an error in the Decision on Conditions to be Met by an Independent Valuer of Assets and Liabilities of a Credit Institution under Resolution. The amendment specifically modifies Article 7 of the original decision published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro. It replaces the reference to the "Law on Credit Institutions" with the correct legal basis, the "Law on Resolution of Credit Institutions."
