CSSF Regulation No 10-04 transposing Commission Directive 2010/43/EU on organisational requirements and depositary agreements
The CSSF issued Regulation No 10-04 to transpose Commission Directive 2010/43/EU into Luxembourg law. This regulation establishes organisational requirements, conflict of interest rules, conduct of business standards, and risk management obligations for management companies. It also defines the mandatory content of the agreement between a management company and its depositary.
