CIMA Cancels Director Registration of Mr. Trevor Dean Federkiewicz for Unpaid Fees and Information Breaches
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the director registration of Mr. Trevor Dean Federkiewicz effective 9 August 2023 due to his contravention of the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014. The Authority determined that Mr. Federkiewicz failed to submit prescribed information and pay the required annual fees for 2022 and 2023 by their statutory deadlines. This cancellation, executed under section 25(2)(a) of the Act, formally removes his registered director status and resolves the ongoing compliance breaches identified in the preceding Warning Notice.
