The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 131 A on August 12, 2025, to register amendments to the rules of the A 3 Non-Public Interval Contractual Investment Fund. This action follows applications submitted by A 3 Limited Liability Company on June 3 and June 5, 2025, and a positive conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day after submission or delivery to the authorized person of A 3 Limited Liability Company.
