Instruction for Filling Out Web Forms for Depositaries - Applicable from 1 January 2023
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) issues this instruction requiring depositaries to electronically submit documentation through designated web forms on reports.hanfa.hr. It mandates completion of specific fields, limits submissions to one-to-twenty files per batch, requires standardized document naming and electronic signing by authorized depositary unit heads or proxies, and accepts PDF or Excel attachments. Effective 1 January 2023, this instruction supersedes the previous 2017 version and establishes binding technical procedures for electronic reporting under relevant pension and investment fund legislation.
