Decision on the Sale of Numismatic Money with the Portrait of Nikola Tesla in 2023
The National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to regulate the sale of numismatic money featuring the portrait of Nikola Tesla. The bank will sell these items to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons directly at its head office in Belgrade and through branch offices. The numismatic money is scheduled to be released for sale on 31 January 2023, with the decision entering into force upon publication on the bank's website.
Pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3) and Article 57а, paragraph 5 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004, 85/2005 – other law, 44/2010, 76/2012, 106/2012, 14/2015, 40/2015 – CC decision and 44/2018), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues DECISION ON THE SALE OF NUMISMATIC MONEY WITH THE PORTRAIT OF NIKOLA TESLA IN 2023
- The numismatic money issued in accordance with the Decision on Issuance and Main Features of Numismatic Money with the Portrait of Nikola Tesla (RS Official Gazette, No 3/2023) shall be sold by the National Bank of Serbia to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons in the country directly, at the National Bank of Serbia head office in Belgrade and via its branch offices.
- The numismatic money referred to in Section 1 of this Decision shall be released for sale by the National Bank of Serbia on 31 January 2023.
