Decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

No. (47) for the year 2023 dated 8/3/2023
Regarding the voluntary suspension of activities of Dynamic for Securities Trading Company

Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. (95) of 1992;
and the Law No. (10) of 2009 regarding the regulation of supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments;
and Presidential Decree No. (192) of 2009 regarding the Basic Law of the Financial Regulatory Authority;
and Board Decision No. (194) of 2018 regarding the conditions and controls for the voluntary suspension of activities of public companies in the securities sector and its amendments;
and the Ordinary General Assembly resolution of the Company convened on 26/5/2022 to temporarily suspend the company's activities for one year;
and the supporting memorandum from the Corporate Governance Central Department dated 6/3/2023;
and the approval of the Board of Directors in its meeting convened on 8/3/2023.

Has Decided

(Article One)

The voluntary suspension of activities of Dynamic for Securities Trading Company for one year, effective from the date of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting convened on 26/5/2022, in accordance with Article No. 33 of the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992.

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published on the stock exchange announcement screens and the Authority's website, and this Decision takes effect from the day following its issuance date. The concerned authorities shall implement it according to their respective jurisdictions.
