The CSSF issued Regulation No 23-03 to transpose ECB Guideline (EU) 2022/508 regarding the exercise of options and discretions for less significant institutions. This regulation simultaneously amends CSSF Regulation No 18-03 of 5 June 2018 to align national rules with the updated European Central Bank framework. The measure ensures that Luxembourg's supervisory requirements for less significant institutions remain consistent with the latest ECB directives on prudential supervision.
