The Peruvian Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators (SBS) issued Resolution No. 01663-2026 to advance the maximum submission deadlines for Annex 6 (Credit Report of Debtors) and modify the format of Report No. 29 (Economic Groups Report). Starting in November 2026, financial institutions must submit Annex 6 within 13 calendar days after month-end, reducing to 10 days by May 2027. Additionally, the resolution updates the Person Type field in Report No. 29 to specify codes for natural persons, legal entities, and other legal entities, with the resolution taking effect the day after its publication in El Peruano.
