The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding legislative and non-legislative loan repayment moratoria implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines, which are annexed to the notice, are applicable to credit institutions supervised by the ACPR starting from April 2, 2020. The institutions are required to take all necessary measures to ensure full compliance with these guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines (EBA/GL/2020/02) on legislative and non-legislative moratoria on loan repayments applied due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines are annexed to this notice.
These guidelines are applicable as of 2 April 2020, by credit institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
