Bank of Zambia Circular 06/2004 on Authorised Signatories for Financial Settlements
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 06/2004 to update the list of authorised signatories for commercial banks executing settlements via cheques, drafts, and other financial instruments in local and foreign currencies. The directive immediately adds Chishimba Brian Yumbe and Belly Hambala Dubeka to Category A signatories while replacing David Nkata with Dubeka. All previously approved signatures from the January 2003 circular remain valid alongside these immediate changes.

## AUTHORISED SIGNATURES FOR SETTLEMENTS BY CHEQUE, DRAFT AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (IN LOCAL AND FOREIGN CURRENCY)
Further to our circular letter dated 6 January 2003, the Bank has made further changes to its list of Authorised Signatories by adding Chishimba Brian Yumbe and replacing David Nkata with Belly Hambala Dubeka as new authorised signatories for purposes of executing settlements by cheque, draft and other financial instruments (in local and foreign currency).
