Bappebti Regulation No. 1 of 2025 Regarding the Third Amendment to Regulation No. 11 of 2022 Concerning the Determination of the List of Crypto Assets Traded in the Physical Crypto Asset Market
The Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) issued Regulation No. 1 of 2025 to amend the list of crypto assets permitted for trading in Indonesia's physical crypto asset market. This regulation updates Article 1 of the previous framework to clarify that only assets meeting specific evaluation criteria and listed in the official appendices may be traded by physical crypto asset traders. The document formally establishes the comprehensive roster of approved cryptocurrencies, including both existing assets and newly proposed additions evaluated by the exchange and the Crypto Asset Committee.
