Circular 16: Approval of GASKOR Guaranteed Debentures under the Friendly Societies Act
The Registrar of Friendly Societies approves two additional GASKOR guaranteed debenture issues for inclusion in friendly societies investment portfolios under the Friendly Societies Act. These securities must be recorded under item six of Statement D in all prescribed regulatory returns. The circular further mandates that auditors sign an attached acknowledgment form before the document is returned to the Office.
