Decisions of the Authority’s Board at its third session held on 7/4/2026
The Iraqi Securities Commission approved the listing and deposit of shares for Dar Al Aman Insurance Company (S.A.G) on the OTC platform of the Iraq Stock Exchange. This decision was formally adopted by the Authority’s Board during its third session held on April 7, 2026. The directive requires relevant departments, including the Company Registration Department and the Financial Disclosure Department, to take necessary actions and acknowledge receipt of the approval.
