The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision on October 31, 2013, to put 20, 10, and 5 feninga coins into circulation. The decision mandates that all public and private entities within Bosnia and Herzegovina must accept these coins as legal tender for any obligations. The coins, dated 2013, are to be introduced successively through the Bank's central office and branches in accordance with the issuance plan.

Pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 3, item h, Article 7, item e, Articles 39 and 42 of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", 1/97, 29/02, 13/03, 14/03, 09/05, 76/06 and 32/07), Article 52 of the Regulation of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ref. No. 120/05 dated June 29, 2005, Ref. No. 100-UV 66/10 dated April 29, 2010, Ref. No. 100-UV 130/11 dated March 30, 2011, Ref. No. 100-UV 18/12 dated January 31, 2012, Ref. No. 100-UV 10/13 dated January 31, 2013, and Ref. No. 100-UV 73/13 dated June 28, 2013, in accordance with the Policy on the Production of Convertible Mark Banknotes and Coins, Ref. No. 100-UV 107/12 dated November 1, 2012, the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 12th session held on October 31, 2013, adopts
DECISION on the Issuance of 20, 10 and 5 Feninga Coins
Article 1. The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has minted coins in denominations of 20, 10, and 5 feninga (hereinafter: F), in accordance with the Decision of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ref. No. 100-UV 72/13 dated June 28, 2013.
Article 2. The coins referred to in Article 1 of this Decision possess all fundamental characteristics and technical specifications as follows: a) coins of 20 and 10 F, in accordance with the Decision on the Issuance, Fundamental Characteristics and Issuance into Circulation of 10, 20 and 50 Feninga Coins ("Official Gazette of BiH", 24/98 and 25/98), b) coins of 5 F, in accordance with the Decision on the Issuance, Fundamental Characteristics and Issuance into Circulation of Coins in Denominations of 5 Convertible Marks and 5 Feninga ("Official Gazette of BiH", 92/05).
Article 3. The coins referred to in the preceding Article of this Decision are minted with the issue year "2013".
Article 4. Pursuant to the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all public and private institutions and establishments, legal and natural persons are obliged to accept the coins from this Decision at their nominal value as legal tender when offered in cash transactions, or in the settlement and payment of any obligations towards them, throughout the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Article 5. With the entry into force of this Decision, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina will, through the Central Office, main units, and branches, issue the coins referred to in Article 1 of this Decision into circulation successively, in accordance with the plan for issuing coins into circulation.
Article 6. This Decision enters into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of BiH", and shall also be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", the "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska", and the "Official Gazette of the Brčko District of BiH".
