Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations and amendments;
Having reviewed Law No. 10 of 2009 regarding the regulation of supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments;
Having reviewed the Statutes of the Financial Regulatory Authority issued by Presidential Decree No. 192 of 2009;
Having reviewed the Extraordinary General Assembly Resolution of the Company convened on 19/12/2021;
Having reviewed the Memorandum dated 15/3/2022 from the Corporate Governance Central Department;
Having reviewed the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors in its extended session from 16/3/2022 to 27/3/2022;

It has been decided

(Article One)

The winding up of the investment funds management activity for Odyn Capital Group for Financial Investments, in accordance with Article No. 33 of the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992.

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published on the Authority's official website and shall take effect from the day following its issuance date, with relevant authorities responsible for implementing it according to their respective jurisdictions.
