Periodic Letter (5/2015)

The Central Bank of Libya Administration received a letter from Mr. Chairman of the Supreme Defense Council, Ref. No. W.D 9353/117, dated 31/12/2014 CE, addressed to Mr. Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, requesting the issuance of directives not to recognize any transactions concerning the Ministry of Defense, the military institution, and its affiliated entities, except with the personal signature of the Chairman of the Supreme Defense Council.

We hereby enclose a copy of the aforementioned letter from Mr. Chairman of the Supreme Defense Council, for the necessary actions to be taken accordingly.
