Regulations Repealing Issuers' Annual Information Obligations
Finansinspektionen, the Swedish financial supervisory authority, issued regulations to repeal its previous rules (FFFS 2007:7) concerning issuers' obligation to provide information on an annual basis. This legislative action removes the specific reporting requirements established under the earlier regulatory framework. The repeal entered into force on 1 July 2012, following its publication on 21 June 2012.

Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to Chapter 4, section 16 of the Financial Instruments Trading Ordinance (2007:375) that Finansinspektionen's regulations (FFFS 2007:7) regarding issuers' obligation to provide information on an annual basis shall be repealed.
