Amendment of Circular CSSF 07/301 on ICAAP and ILAAP and Circular CSSF 11/506 on Stress Testing
The CSSF issued Circular 20/753 on 23 October 2020 to amend Circular CSSF 07/301 regarding the implementation of the internal capital and liquidity adequacy assessment process (ICAAP and ILAAP). This regulatory update also modifies Circular CSSF 11/506, which establishes the principles of a sound stress testing programme for supervised entities.
