Bank of Zambia Circular 08/1997: Directors Questionnaire and Declaration
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 08/1997 requiring all bureaux and financial institutions to submit updated records for their executive and non-executive directors. Institutions must complete the attached Directors Questionnaire and forward it to the Financial System Supervision Department by 31 January 1998. This mandatory administrative exercise aims to refresh the central bank's regulatory database ahead of the new year.

DIRECTORS' QUESTIONNAIRE AND DECLARATION
With the coming of the New Year, Bank of Zambia is carrying out an extensive exercise to update its records.
In this regard, find attached a Directors Questionnaire to be filled in by all executive and non-executive directors of your institution to be submitted to the Financial System Supervision Department of the Bank of Zambia not later than 31 January 1998.
