Registering the Changes to the Rules of “Prime Prof” Qualified Investors, a Non-Public, Specialized ( Subject to Additional Risk), Intermediate, Contractual Investment Fund of “Prime Capital”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Whereas on May 27, 2025 “Prime Capital”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the changes to the Rules of “Prime Prof” Qualified Investors, a Non-Public, Specialized (Subject to Additional Risk), Intermediate, Contractual Investment Fund of “Prime Capital” LLC; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 27, dated June 11, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the changes to the Rules of “Prime Prof” Qualified Investors, a Non-Public, Specialized (Subject to Additional Risk), Intermediate, Contractual Investment Fund of “Prime Capital”
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Prime Capital” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Prime Capital” Limited Liability Company.
