Instruction No. 2019-I-19 of April 23, 2019 amending Instruction No. 2014-I-05 of June 2, 2014 regarding information to be communicated under Article 47 of the May 2, 2013 decree on prudential regulation of electronic money institutions
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2019-I-19 to amend the reporting requirements for electronic money institutions under the May 2, 2013 prudential regulation decree. This instruction replaces the annex of Instruction No. 2014-I-05 and updates Article 3 to mandate that completed forms and supporting documents be submitted electronically via the ACPR's 'Autorisations' portal. The amended provisions entered into application on May 1, 2019.
