Bank of Zambia Prudential Returns Submission Calendar 2005

The Bank of Zambia mandates that all commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions submit their Prudential Returns according to a published monthly calendar for 2005. The schedule assigns specific due dates between mid-February and mid-January, updating previous 1998 guidelines. Any delayed or inaccurate submissions will trigger a daily penalty of K100,000 per return.

## CALENDAR FOR SUBMISSION OF PRUDENTIAL RETURNS  

Further to our Circular No. 1/98 dated 21 January 1998, please be informed that the due dates for submission of Prudential Returns for 2005 are as follows:

| March       | 14 April 2005    |
| April       | 16 May 2005      |
| May         | 14 June 2005     |
| June        | 18 July 2005     |
| July        | 15 August 2005   |
| August      | 14 September 2005|
| September   | 14 October 2005  |
| October     | 14 November 2005 |
| November    | 14 December 2005 |
| December    | 16 January 2006  |

Please also note that any delayed submission or incorrect returns shall attract a penalty of K100,000 per return per day.
