List of Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) 2024
The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) issued Circular No. 45056508 to officially designate five domestic banks—AlAhli Bank, Al Rajhi Bank, Riyad Bank, First National Bank, and Saudi French Bank—as Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) for 2024. This designation applies updated capital adequacy requirements based on impacting data as of 31 December 2023, following the methodology established in Circular No. 351000138356 dated 2/11/1435. The circular mandates compliance from all local banks operating within the Kingdom to ensure systemic financial stability and adherence to the revised capital framework.
