Embargo On Foreign Exchange Facilities

An embargo on foreign exchange facilities has been placed on Rahamaniya Nigeria Limited due to unspecified reasons. Authorized Dealers and the Nigeria Customs Service are instructed not to engage in any foreign exchange transactions, including fund transfers, with the company until further notice. Additionally, any approvals granted to the company should be canceled immediately. Lastly, Authorized Dealers are requested to provide transaction details involving Rahamaniya Nigeria Limited for the period from January 1, 2006 to date, to the Director of Trade & Exchange Department.

Embargo On Foreign Exchange Facilities

This is to inform all Authorised Dealers and the Nigeria Customs Service, that the under-mentioned Company is hereby placed on foreign exchange embargo: Rahamaniya Nigeria Limited, 80, Sadiq Street, Lagos.

RC. No. 32047 Consequently, all Authorised Dealers are advised that with immediate effect, no foreign exchange transaction, including transfer of funds, should be made in favour of or on behalf of the company until the embargo is lifted. All approvals recently granted in favour of the company, which still remain unutilised either partially or wholly should be cancelled immediately.

Also, Authorised Dealers are requested to furnish the Director, Trade and Exchange Department, details of all transactions by the Importer for the period January 1, 2006 to date.
