The Financial Conduct Authority proposes miscellaneous amendments to its Handbook, including transposing the UK Corporate Governance Code and adjusting capital rules for self-invested personal pension operators. The consultation also covers minor updates to MCOB and TC, changes related to the Consumer Rights Act, and technical amendments concerning HM Treasury's SME finance measures. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments by 5 July 2015 for Chapters 4 and 5, and by 5 August 2015 for the remaining chapters.
