Subject: Formal Emission Notification

Through this channel, we formally notify the CNAD of the issuance of the Alloy by Tether token, aUSD₮, by Moon Gold El Salvador, a stable virtual currency issuer authorized by the CNAD through resolution CNAD-CD-047-2024, and Moon Gold NA, a stable virtual currency issuer authorized by the CNAD through resolution CNAD-CD-048-2024. This token has been available since Monday, June 17, 2024, at 7 AM CST.

The token is available on the Alloy by Tether website https://alloy.tether.to. Moon Gold El Salvador and Moon Gold NA are authorized by the CNAD as Digital Asset Providers, under registration numbers PSAD-0021 and PSAD-0022, respectively.

The purpose of this notification is to update the files and registry accordingly.
