Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015 (Exemptions) Order 2022
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued this Order to repeal the 2021 Exemptions Order and establish new exemptions under the Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015. The Order designates specific entities, including certain government bodies, the World Bank, and insolvency practitioners, as exempt persons while imposing conditions on licensed entities conducting rental and transport services within the jurisdiction. These entities must not maintain a permanent establishment in the Abu Dhabi Global Market to retain their exempt status, with non-compliance resulting in the loss of exemption.
