Instruction No. 2022-I-12 of July 8, 2022, repealing and amending Instruction No. 2016-I-16 regarding annual prudential documents for Solvency II entities under ACPR supervision
The Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2022-I-12 to repeal and amend the previous prudential reporting framework established by Instruction No. 2016-I-16. This directive mandates specific annual prudential documentation requirements for insurance and reinsurance entities subject to ACPR supervision under the Solvency II regime. The document was subsequently repealed by Instruction No. 2023-I-02, which updated the regulatory reporting standards.
