The National Monetary Council, acting through the Central Bank of Brazil, amended Resolution No. 4,760 of 2019 to extend the deadline for contracting credit lines. This resolution entered into force on June 1, 2020, pursuant to provisions in Law No. 13,986 of 2020.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on April 30, 2020, considering the provisions of Articles 47 and 49 of Law No. 13,986 of April 7, 2020,

Article 1. Resolution No. 4,760 of November 27, 2019, shall be amended as follows:
